Keep your members informed with announcements, comments and notifications.
Reaching the right members
Announcements appear on the noticeboard for the members they are meant for. Members can comment, and the app can notify them when something new is posted.
Post to the right audience
Choose whether an announcement is for the whole organisation or particular bands, so members only see what applies to them.
Step 1
Write the announcement
From the announcements area, write a title and message. Keep the key information near the top.
Step 2
Choose who sees it
Choose the organisation or the bands it is for.
Step 3
Publish
Publish the announcement. Members will see it on the noticeboard, and app users can be notified.
Step 4
Follow the conversation
Members can reply in the comments. Administrators can remove comments that are not appropriate.

Events and rehearsals
Members are told about new events and rehearsals, changes and cancellations.
Reminders
Reminders can be sent before events and rehearsals.
Turning notifications on or off
Members control app notifications in their phone's settings.
