Adding band dates to your own calendar
See your band's events and rehearsals in your phone or computer calendar, kept up to date automatically.
Your personal calendar link
PipeBandHQ gives you a private calendar link. Add it once to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and new or changed band dates will appear there automatically.
Keep your link private
Anyone with your link can see your band dates. Do not share it. If it has been shared by mistake, create a new link, which stops the old one working.
Step 1
Get your calendar link
Open your band's calendar and choose the option to subscribe or add to your calendar. Copy the link.
Step 2
Add it to your calendar app
In your calendar app, add a calendar by subscription or from a URL, and paste the link.
Step 3
Give it time
Calendar apps check for updates on their own schedule, so changes can take a few hours to appear.
Where to add it
Apple Calendar (iPhone)
Settings, then Calendar, then Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar.
Google Calendar
On a computer: Other calendars, the plus button, then From URL.
Outlook
Add calendar, then Subscribe from web.
Something not updating?
Check you added it as a subscription, not a one-off import, which never updates.
