These are some of the most common issues members may come across.
I cannot find my organisation
Check that your band administrator has already created the organisation on PipeBandHQ and that you are searching for the correct name.
My membership request is still pending
Membership requests must be approved by an administrator from your organisation. PipeBandHQ support cannot approve membership on behalf of a band.
I cannot access part of my organisation
Your access depends on your organisation membership and permissions. Contact an organisation administrator if you believe you should have additional access.
I have joined the wrong organisation
Contact the relevant organisation administrator so they can remove your membership or request. You can then request access to the correct organisation.
When should I contact my organisation?
Your organisation administrators manage membership, band access, permissions and organisation content. Many access problems therefore need to be resolved by your band rather than PipeBandHQ support.
Your membership request needs approving.
You have been placed in the wrong band.
You need additional committee permissions.
Organisation information, events or files are incorrect.
